Cranberries in Love
Simple, easy and absolutely slurp-friendly.
Ingredients
- 3/4cup orange juice
- 1/2cup – 3/4honey
- 12ounces whole cranberries
- 1tablespoon orange zest
Instructions
- Combine in the orange juice, honey, and zest in a saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cranberries and continue to cook until they burst and the mixture thickens (about 15 minutes).
- Spoon the cranberry sauce into a bowl and refrigerate for 6-8 hours before serving.
