Apple Cranberry Chutney Recipe
Servings2 cups
Prep Time10 minutes
Cook Time25 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 good cooking applespeeled & chopped
- 1cup Cranberries
- 1/2cup chopped onion
- 1/4cup cider vinegar
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 1tbso orange zest
- 1tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 1.5tsp cinnamon
- small pinch of ground clove
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook for a few minutes more, to reduce any remaining liquid.
- Serve or store for up to 2 weeks.
